It's odd how people feel so completely differently about fall and what it brings. I get both sides, but I love it. I totally get why some people find the cold, unpredictable weather and dark uninviting and harsh, but I love any excuse to slip into my pajamas and a pair of woolen slippers, drink hot chocolate and read a terribly exciting book. I love sitting for hours in deep sofas in cafe's with friends, nipping to a cup of cappuccino and unconsciously letting the buzz of people sharing stories and laughing fill me with a sense of safety and peacefulness. We're learning about collages in school at the moment, so I made this to practice! I hope it'll inspire you to invite a friend you haven't seen in a while for a warm cup of coffee!
